Construction

: Fabricated in double walled MS / SS Sheet construction mounted on rigid steel frame-work with 
  insulation & best quality ‘u’ type heaters. For STD model the entire unit is painted with synthetic 
  enamels with suitable pre-coats. The inside is painted with heat resistance paints to resist 
  temperatures up to 100 –120 degree Celsius max. GMP Models are totally cladded with SS sheets 
  form outside.

Blower

: A suitable motor driven blower circulates the Hot air through the totally enclosed type strip heaters 
  and is circulated in the drier by means  of a Fan, fitted on the oven. Moist air can be exhausted by 
  the means of dampers provided.

Control Panel

: Compromising Thermostat (temperature controller), Lamp Indicators, Push button- on/off switch 
  (starter), conductor duly interconnected suitably.

Construction

: Mixing Chambers or the Drum having sealed ends from both sides prevent outside lubricant from 
  entering into the body. The drum rests on rigid MS / SS body carrying Motor, Gear box, Starter, 
  Limit switch, Locking and Titling arrangement. The titling arrangement proves easy for loading and
  unloading of the material where as the lock switch system automatically stop the machine as soon

Stick making is the first step in preparation of pills of various shapes & sizes.

At a time one or more than one sticks can be prepared depending upon the size & density required for machine

Through this stage the stick prepared gets cut between the rollers of the machine.
